Pretty noisy with people overhead stomping and talking very loudly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room could have had more lights. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a recliner in the room

1. This hotel was clean, so right off the bat you know it's ok to stay there. 2. Bed was in good condition, not lumpy or uneven or anything. The 'non-smoking' room REEKED of cigarette smoke. They moved me immediately to another less smoked-in room. Maybe this is more of a reflection on my home town than on Days Inn. Does everyone in or passing through Wausau still smoke?
