Stayed for one night during a conference, and had an amazing stay as always. The rooms are large, the hotel is beautiful, and the staff is wonderful. I have to say, this is my favorite place to stay. When we checked in, the guy was rolling his eyes Shaking his head and showing a very bad additude. When we got in the rooms they were fair, but the showers sprayed VERY hard! We usually book the JSI for business trips to Wausau, sometimes for family events. Always nice, clean rooms. Forget controlling the room temps, however, the loud fan blasts air out regardless of how you might stack towels, books or a chair on it to stop it. Breakfast is puzzling: no bread. Why is that??
