Staff were exceptionally accommodating, providing the best service I have ever received in any hotel. Clean, excellent breakfast, very friendly. Early check in provided, easy check out, excellent meeting room and set up well, easily accessible from main roads, quality products provided, and great guest amenities.

We could have stayed anywhere in a 30 mile radius but selected this hotel based on reviews - and were pleased with our choice. Everything was clean, staff were responsive and friendly, our room was quite large and quiet (even though we faced the main parking lot).

Average hotel, nothing special... Check out other hotels if possible. Food options are pretty good in this area and hotel was helpful in locating options. Staff very helpful however hotel rooms were average at best.

It was just an average hotel stay. The heat in the hallway was malfunctioning, so it felt like 95 degrees in the hallways. The room temperature was fine. This is a newer hotel in West Bend and it is okay. I tried it for a birthday party and with the room size and area of the hotel, I was hoping for more. The breakfast is good, and offers options for children. The pool is nice and kept clean. Again satisfactory.
