I read the reviews of this hotel and decided to make a reservation in one of their cabins for a one night stay. I informed the desk clerk we would be arriving late (10pm) and asked specifically if someone would be available to check us in. We were instructed to ring the door bell when we got there. Unfortunately when... More

My buddy and I pulled in after dark in September on a long road trip. It was the first place we saw. The people were friendly. The rooms--separate buildings per room--were clean and comfortable. They advised us of a great place to eat downtown. Couldn't be happier. A good price, too....Ron Jensen, Bethesda, MD

After my retirement 3 years ago, we travelled throughout the great western states of the U.S. Imagine our surprise when we ventured upon the Mountain View cabins. Cute, clean and cozy. Loved them so much, we went back again this year. Ownership had changed, but they were just as we remembered. Everything you could want in a little cabin. Near... More

We were passing through and chose this place based on reviews. A one-bedroom cabin would probably be the optimum choice; we looked at one the next morning and it looked good. The one-bedroom cabins were booked so the owner (very nice) gave us a 2-unit cabin with the very logical understanding that we'd use one side (shared bathroom). There was... More

We were not familiar with the Buffalo area and searched for a room prior to our visit. We always stay at hotel chains, but decided to give Mountain View a try because of their rates. We wanted a clean, reasonably priced room where we could unwind after a long day of traveling. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the... More

We were looking for a night's stay on the way to the Pryor Mtn. Wild Horse Range, and Buffalo, WY was a good place to stop. The owners were so nice and helpful. They allowed pets, which we appreciated, and the individual cabin where we stayed was a cute log cabin--nothing fancy, but decorated in true Wyoming decor. Microwave and... More

We stayed in cabin #7. There were 4 people and it was a bit tight but very charming. A lot better than a hotel room. There was an outside courtyard with numerous trees and shade. The price was very reasonable and I will stay again when I visit family in Buffalo.

We stayed here with our three young children. Our cabin (#12) was cozy and tidy. While the cabin was a tight squeeze for five, (the owners offered us a cot) we had plenty of space to relax in out in the courtyard. The owners were very friendly and helpful. And the flowers around the place were gorgeous! We would definitely... More

I really liked staying here. The owners were super friendly & accomodating. The rate was very affordable. Four of us stayed in one cabin with 2 double beds. There were laundry facilities, tv, and wifi. The center garden was charming & we enjoyed the coffee & tea. Great location as well. However the bathroom may be a bit tight if... More

We stayed in one of the cabins. It was small and dark, but very clean and comfortable. The area outside with the grill, tables, and chairs was great for hanging out. The price was very reasonable. I'll go back if I'm ever in Buffalo again.
