This is an old property that is trying to keep up with Best Western standards which says good things about Best Western. Our room was large and clean. It appeared to be recently renovated with new and nice furniture. They are changing the attached restaurant and bar so many menu items were no longer available. I booked through Expedia and... More

I'd give this a 4+ rating because the room was very clean and we could park in front of the room which eliminated the need to carry baggage a long distance or go up an elevator/stairs. The Bath also was inpecable. We got a ticket for a free breakfast at the attached restaurant but could not get seated. There were... More

This hotel was a surprise. From the outside it din't look like a Best Western- sort of strange. However, it is very nice. The rooms are well equiped- good free breakfast and internet; microwave, small refrig etc. They may have updated the hotel recently. In any case everythng is like new. This is a good place to stay if you... More

Stopped on speck as we changed our plans and left Cody a day early on way to South Dakota. This is a typical BW, but for ££££ good value (had some terrible motels not worth ££ on this trip). rate included a free breakfast in the attached restaurant which was very good. You were allowed to pick 1 item for... More

I was exhausted from road travels, so it was frustrating to find that my toilet wouldn't flush when I arrived. It turned out that I needed to turn the valve that had been shut that provided water to the toilet's reservoir. I also only received one bar of soap, so I had to use it for both the sink and... More

A typical Best Western. Massive clean comfy rooms $90 / night included a buffet breakfast in the restaurant next door which was OK. Not much else to report, but probably the best of the average hotels in an average town. You could do far worse. More

This hotel is older but definitely completely renovated recently. The staff was very professional and friendly. The biggest plus to this place was the great restaurant, Hoot and Howl! It had a unique and fun atmosphere, the menu had numerous selections, and the food and service was outstanding. I never expected to find this in the small town of Buffalo.... More

We stopped here on the way from Mt. Rushmore to Wyoming and were disappointed in the overall experience. We were traveling in peak season and there are not many choices in Buffalo, so that is probably why the property is overpriced. The property is older and has seen some signs of modest restoration. It appears that the exterior and interior... More

I've stayed in lots of Best Western Hotels on business, and this one is in a different, lower league. Think Super 8, and you have this Best Western. Rooms were small and furnishing/decorations were spartan, though very clean. The bathroom was cramped and dim. Check-in was terrible..the two kids behind the front desk hadn't a clue. We waited about 15... More
