This place was horrible... It was filthy and disgusting. We paid in advance using Hotwire or we would have left and gone elsewhere. It was so gross that even though it was pouring out we left the hotel and just drove around town to lessen the amount of time we'd be spending in the dump.

This hotel is the most dated hotel I've stayed at in recent memory. Carpets were very old and stained. Walls in hallway were peeling and actually had holes in them. Hot tub had apparently not been used for a long time. They gave us 2 keys and only one of them worked. Hotel could definitely use some upgrading/remodeling. Rooms have odd odor we couldn't place, but it wasn't unpleasant. Doors have standard doorknobs and separate deadbolts; use a real key to unlock door. Staff personnel were nice; they were accomodating when I asked for 2 queens instead of a king. Room was fairly clean, but this was the only positive aspect of this hotel. Fortunately just stayed there for one night. Pool was shabby and dirty (did not let the kids in) as well as as hallway and stairway.
