“Great stay in Jackson”

Property was well kept. Room was large and very clean. Gas fireplace was a nice touch. Wish they had HD tvs. Breakfast was above average and very well managed. Didn't hear other guests at all. No pool, but 2 large hot tubs.

“Unexpected surprise and a very minor disappointment”

Only disappointment: This hotel does not have a pool....no matter what Hotwire and Orbitz tell you. It's a large hot-tub...that's it. Otherwise, great staff! Room rate was $30 less by calling the front desk instead of booking online. And we were upgraded to a suite for no charge. Walking distance to downtown and close to many great places to eat.... More

“Great Staff!!!”

Got bumped to a king suite because they were out of smoking rooms, which was nice. The front desk lady was so nice and check in as was the one at check out. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too!
