Met my brother here to ski. Hotel was great. Annie and Tony were awesome! They made our trip so easy! This is a great spot to ski, hang out, and relax. The hotel is in a great location combined with the shuttle we didn't need a car either. Good times every day of the week.

Hotel's Favourite
As a long time loyal user, I am well aware Hilton sets up its various hotel brands to meet needs of a wide spectrum of visitors. Homewood Suites is at the lower aspect of the luxury scale targeting very specifically the budget conscious vacationing families. While keeping the prices reasonable, the facilities remain clean, safe and comfortable. The Jackson Hole location meets majority of the goals admirably. The hotel is located in the center of town and within 10 minutes walk to most places. It is a couple of blocks away from the big crowd so it remains quiet pretty much all the time. It has a very new appearing exterior and based on the facade, one would assume it is a brand new construction which it is not. This appears to be an extensive retrofit conversion with the bones of the old facility still clearly visible once inside. The three story structure has an elevator with each floor fitted with a laundry sharing the same space as the ice machine. The single washer and dryer charges $2 per wash and same per dry on credit card and ApplePay. You can purchase or bring your own detergent. There are size differences between rooms. We had one of each and the smaller one is notably less spacious. If you have two young kids, ask for the larger room which is featured on this review. The living room has a fire place. The kitchen has basic supplies for four and a couple of pots and a pan. A double electric cooktop and small sink are in place with decent counter space plus a good size refrigerator. Everything is spotless clean which is impressive. Only a small two person table to eat on though. The bedroom is small with two full size beds. They are comfortable. Pillows are firm and beddings fine. Small closet with a locking safe on the floor. Lightings are good. Outside single vanity. Toilet and regular tub show in separate room. Ample towel supply. No set room service. Only on request as well as all supplies. Breakfast is complementary but very basic. Paper plates and plastic cutlery. Reminded me of dormitory food from the 70s. Always has hot options though. Small back parking lot. Tons of free street parking outside. Smallish lobby with 24/7 coffee. Very friendly and enthusiastic staff. Usually only a single individual but I never had to wait for help. And it has a small indoor pool with towel supply. Do I have any issue with this facility? Yes. The June room price. New York City Waldorf Astoria rate for Homewood. But this is Jackson Hole rate so don’t blame Hilton for charging market price. I do wish Hilton would provide a better breakfast. At least comparable to say Double Tree. Nearly five figures charges for two rooms for a week and school breakfast didn’t sit well. Still - a good stay.

The full size beds at this hotel were both extremely broken down (tag said 2015) and pullout couch had the thinnest "mattress" with springs poking out. This made actually sleeping almost impossible. To make it even worse, many of the sheets/pillowcases had serious stains making them appear not clean. Furniture was dated and showed lots of stains on the couch cushions. The carpet had started to fray in places as well. The kitchen was decent for preparing a few things, although lacking some of the basic kitchen utensils. This hotel needs a serious makeover. The best thing about this place was the staff. Everyone we were in contact with tried to do whatever they could to help with any request. It is located in the downtown Jackson Hole area making it easy to walk to restaurants/bars/grab coffee. It is also only about 15 minutes from the airport if you are flying in rather than driving.

Second time in Jackson. First time at this Hilton property. Spent three nights there with my wife so was able to get good feel for property. Pros - Location. Not too far from center of town. Very walkable. Friendliness of staff. Everybody at the property was extremely polite and friendly! Cons - Rooms are “tired” and a bit worn. Not all appliances in room worked. Comfort - room was a bit “tight” but manageable. Sleeper sofa was dated and extremely uncomfortable. Don’t plan on using it. Fireplace was inoperable. HVAC unit struggled (ironically an HVAC company was on our floor the day we checked out). Cleanliness - rooms were clean however common area needed regular attention but did not receive it. Example - Notified housekeeping of garbage that needed to be removed from waste bin in hallway outside our room (it was filled with soiled diapers). Was not addressed for hours and hallway filled with foul smell. This was an issue on two of the three nights we were there. Service - service was below average for Hilton. I’m guessing this is due to lack of staff and not due to their willingness to assist. Examples - no one there to check us in at arrival. Waited for 5 minutes before finally calling the property hoping someone would answer. No one answered. After 10 minutes someone arrived to check us in. As mentioned earlier not all appliances worked. When asked to receive a replacement was initially told they did not have any and, ironically, could not leave front desk to deliver a replacement because there was no one else on duty to wait for arriving travelers. As noted above, responding to areas of immediate need in common area took a lot of time. On average I spend 50+ nights on the road each year, many of which at Hilton properties. I’m a “low frills just give me the basics and I’ll be happy” type of guy…clean, quiet, and comfortable with reasonable service. Anything above that is a bonus. If I did not know this was a Hilton property I would have not guessed it was - atypical. Overall value was below average.

The people made this experience - everyone at the front desk + breakfast bar + housekeeping were outstanding. We stayed 5 nights using points as the nightly rate was nearly $900 per night when we tried to book. I would have been very disappointed if I had paid that cash rate. The property is dated and rooms are smaller than a typical Homewood suites (they do list the sq ft on their site so are transparent at least). The rooms were sufficient for our needs - kitchen with 2 burner stove, tiny sink, full size fridge and dishwasher. Couch and chair in living room (with fireplace), 2 person table + desk. Bedroom was 2 double and had very minimal other space other than the 2 beds. Again, the people were outstanding - very helpful. Greeted us when we returned from hiking. Breakfast was sufficient, but doesn't start until 7, so if you are getting an early start for hiking, there is coffee and tea in the lobby. Small breakfast room. Gym is tiny, but daily passes at an adjacent hotel are available if you ask the front desk - that gym is much more of a full-size gym. Free bottled water in the lobby. Wifi was adequate. Housekeeping is only "on demand" or every 4th night for long stay - we got it twice during a 5 day stay and that was sufficient. Can exchange linens or get more supplies from front desk. Overall, I would likely stay here again, especially on points. The full summer rate is tough, but I understand that overall prices are quite high in Jackson.

This property is at the low end of the Homewood Suites experience. The property is older and the rooms are small. More important, they absolutely do not care if an animal is barking. There is no rule that says the owner must stay with the animal just that "it is quiet when left alone". The person I dealt with at the front desk said "it will become quiet when there is no one in the corridor". Be warned, this property does not take the promise of a quality Hilton stay...

Staff was helpful for restaurant recommendation, check in and out-the room was clean. The room was nice with a fireplace that worked, but small for 3 persons (1 on pull out couch with not so comfortable mattress). Kitchen was nice to have with larger refrigerator. Good location within walking distance of downtown area.

This hotel is 2 blocks off Broadway to many terrific shops, dining and bar activity. The hotel is fairly small, which is nice too. It has an indoor pool and hot tub. A nice breakfast in the morning from 7-10am usually eggs, sausage or bacon, and French toast sticks, which all were good. The suite had a queen and living area w/ kitchen microwave and refrigerator very comfortable sleeping. Easy walk to the main square and Cowboy bar.

A simple hotel, but more than adequate. The staff really make the hotel. They are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. We had a small Class B RV and they helped us find a parking space. Pets are welcome and the hotel gives your information that provides resources for your pets; vet service, etc. Rather than all the pet restrictions that those of us who travel with animals know. The breakfast was good. This group gets a A from us.

cookies 🍪 were good. Pool was old fashioned. Bicycle lending service was good and we enjoyed Cycling. Tv is a little old. Kitchen was excellent. Breakfast is fair. I think this place is very expensive.
