We happened upon The Log Cabin Motel on our trip to Pinedale and made our vacation extra special. The owners were so nice and helpful the property was very well maintained and the cabins are something out of a movie. Our cabin was great, it was what once was the bath house. It was perfectly setup for our family, two... More

I had the pleasure of staying at this motel for an extended period of time, as my work required. I looked at the reviews as I came into town, and as you will see, I'm not the only one bragging on these guys. Carrie, the manager, was very professional, and takes the time to make you feel at home. These... More

I just completed another short stay at the Log Cabin Motel. The cabin felt like a home away from home, while being something different. You feel the history but also get the comfort while staying at the perfect location in Pinedale. Walking distance from the rock Rabbit Cafe and the Wind River Brew Pub! But set back away from Pine... My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days while we looked at some real estate in town. We loved our little cabin. It was well maintained, cute, and clean. It had internet access, microwave, frig, and tv. Great location in town! I totally recommend this place without hesitation. We will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed 1 night on the way up to Yellowstone in January. Compact 1930s cabin with full kitchen, bath, and 3 beds (#3); no breakfast, but 1 block off main drag, so easy walking distance. Owners turned heat on before we arrived- a nice touch in 20 degree weather! Sheets immaculate, beds comfy. Wi-fi and flatscreen TV were welcome anachronisms.

Stayed here in Aug 2012 after backpacking in the Winds. They didn't have any cabins left per se but I stayed in the area behind the office and it worked well. It was clean, quiet, the innkeepers were pleasant and accommodating and the price was reasonable. Plus its an easy walk to the nicest restaurants in town, just a block... More

My husband and I recently moved to town. When we were looking for a place to live we stayed a night here at The Log Cabin Mote. For one thing the rates were cheaper and they except our dog. The cute little cabin was clean and cozy. That evening the manager brought us cookies that the owners had made. They... More

As dog owners ourselves, we try hard to accomodate dogs and their owners as well. Pinedale is often a hard place to transition into, and we are glad that we have been able to accomodate you this winter. You would be surprised to know how many people have stayed with us over the years as they prepared to buy a... More

I have been visiting Pinedale now for three consecutive years, I spend 2 months every fall enjoying what I day dream the rest of the year about, prime outdoors, fly fishing and falconry. Pinedale has everything you can imagine for every taste, interest and season. From skiing to bird watching, hiking, mountain biking, hunting, fishing and more… Some of the... More

Although we have many interesting and adventurous guests every year, we look forward to seeing our falconer every Fall. It is not every guest who shows up with a handful of hunting birds and a few bird dogs. On top of your interesting pastime, I look forward to sharing a cup of your special hot tea and catching up on... More

I had the good fortune to stay at the Log Cabin Motel from the beginning of June through the end of September during an extended work detail. Summer is perfect in Pinedale, and there is no better lodging in town. The cabins here are detached from one another; free standing structures that provide a sense of privacy and prevent a... More

It was great to have you as an extended guest this past summer, as it was great to get to know you and share so many early evenings on the porch. I agree, summer in Pinedale is pretty special and last summer was a good one. We would love to see you when you find yourself out West again. More
