I arrived at 9pm from a long day of driving. My floor wasnt vacuumed, and the pillows looked slept on in the room. You can hear every noise through the walls. They knocked once i guess for housekeeping at 8am and then proceeded to open my door. No one announced themselves....just one knock then keying in. I had the dead bolt locked so they just kept trying until I opened the door and explained I was still in the room.

We had reserved a king bedded first floor room at this hotel. Upon arrival we were assigned a second floor room which, at 4 PM, had not been made up. After a long delay, we were assigned another second story room to which we had to lug our two large suitcases. Here the bathroom door wouldn't close and the sink counter was dirty and the desk chair was worn out. The facility showed lots of wear. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is so dirty. My first impression was from the hotel manager who was very rude and unprofessional. Once I saw how dirty and rundown this hotel was I immediately cancelled my hotel reservation. There are definitely nicer hotels then this one in Rawlings WY.

This place is a dump. Room smelled like bad chemicals (the entire hotel smelled terrible) and there were used cleaning rags left under the sink. I had only booked one night and only wanted to sleep after a long drive, so I didn't bother to complain. I was glad to get the hell out of there as soon as possible. When I checked my credit card account a few days later, I noticed they had charged me for 8 nights instead of one. I called and complained and got rude answers. I contacted Choice Hotels through whom I booked, and asked them to mediate. They got hung up on by the front desk person as well. It took several long phone calls with customer service of Choice Hotels to finally get my money back. Stay away from this place. It's a dump and they are committing fraud.

04/21/23 CLC made me a reservation at the Quality Inn in Rawlins WY. With check out date of 04/24. Desk clerk had difficulty the entire check in process, then finally gave me a room key. I drove to opposite side of building, gathered luggage, and entered hotel. The room they gave me was already occupied by a guest, so drug my luggage back to my truck, drove back to main entrance and was given a different room. 04/22 before leaving hotel for work I stopped at the front desk to make sure my room was booked until 04/24 and my key was programmed for 2 more nights. The Owner or Manager, a young Indian woman assisted me at the front desk. She seemed preoccupied, but did some typing in the computer and said I was good. I returned to hotel after work around 5pm. Getting ready to shower there was knocking at the door. While attempting to get dressed, the door is opened by the Manager / Owner – same woman from the morning with her child at her side. She informs me that she was wrong in the morning, that she was busy and really did not check the computer, and that I needed to leave the premises immediately as she needed the room. I tried explaining that my reservation was good to the 24th , and walked to the night stand to get my phone to show her the attached email. While walking to get my phone she says “that is not necessary, you need to leave”. I approached her with my phone and tried showing the email. And she said “ I don’t care what that says, I need this room”. I said I am not leaving and slammed the door in her face. ( I do regret letting my anger dictate that action, tired from work and wanting a shower and rest). She then said she will call CLC and have me removed from the room immediately. I called CLC myself and explained the situation, was told that was a violation of the contract, and had CLC move me to the Best Western Hotel for the remaining 2 nights. I have also emailed my companies employee that deals with corporate lodging directly to have this hotel removed from our hotel list. I am sure this property owner/manager wanted to room so she could sell at a higher weekend rate than what CLC pays. Due to this experience with this Quality Inn I intend to share this experience on all my social media platforms and take as much business as possible away from this hotel. I will also avoid staying at any other Choice Hotels in the future, Best Western will become my primary hotel. In 25 years of working with my company and staying in CLC hotels I have never been treated so poorly by a hotel owner / manager.

I made our reservation through the chain number rather than directly, and we ended up in a double queen room rather than king because the room was dictated by the motel's dividing the pet rooms from the other rooms, we were told. No biggie. We felt our room was clean and reasonably appointed, and the price was certainly reasonable. It was quiet. One concern was the fact that the door onto the parking lot at the end of our hall wasn't locked overnight, despite the presence of a card reader.

Don't stay here. Seriously, this place is awful. The pillowcases had stains, the bed skirts had stains (wash them people, gag). The toilet had urine around the base, the headboard had greasy smears across them. The carpet appeared to be new, but did nothing to disguise how shoddy the place is. For the price you have to pay to stay here, you deserve so much better. I have stayed in some questionable places, as I travel with 3 dogs, but this place was the worst, by far.

We are longtime 'Choice Hotel' members...we checked into this hotel, the lady had a difficult accent to understand but knew how to get maximum rate out of us. She did not honor our AAA, gave us no Member amenity or even acknowledged that we were Choice Privileges members. Not a pleasant 'hello'! Rooms were 'nice' but clearly an older hotel with lots of poorly done 'caulking' in bathroom making a nice bathroom look questionable. Taking time to do a job right makes a big difference in 'impressions' of hotel. If the hotel doesn't care, why should the guest? Breakfast was all dry cereal and waffles...no eggs of any kind or any 'protein' a traveler needs for a day of driving. OVERPRICED. Breakfast was

Husband stayed there while traveling cross country on business. The room was clean. There was some noise from doors opening and closing. The sign out front stated that breakfast would be served. Breakfast was not provided. They gave him vending style small juice and a couple of wrapped snacks. Inn was pricey for what you get, but at least the room was clean.

This hotel is sketchy at best. The bathroom had been horribly remodeled, there was a nasty brown stain on the carpet near the bathroom, the toilet was a cast off from a kindergarten bathroom. Splurge on a more expensive hotel, you will not regret it!
