We stayed in Alepo 1, very comfortable beds, en suite bathroom, shared sitting and fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast on the lanai offered cereals, fresh fruit, eggs, bread and bagels with spreads. Tea and coffee was available all day in this area, in addition to that in the rooms. The situation was perfect for all the attractions in the Volcano National... More

We rented the cottage for two nights and were very impressed with the standard of accommodation. The bed in particular was very comfortable. Sadly, there was just so much to do in the area, that we tended to leave the cottage early in the morning and came back late at night so we didn't really benefit from such a nice... More

Volcano Guest house was wonderful. Our suite (Claudia's Place) was very quiet and comfy. It had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! We had a bedroom, bath, and an adjoining kitchen/sitting room. Lots of room for 2. The best was the breakfast lanai, where we could help ourselves to fruit, cereal, coffee, etc. This was available all... More

We were two couples visiting Volcano and we stayed in the "Twin" rooms. It was great as we had two rooms facing each other with a lovely lanai in the middle with a table and four chairs so that we could sit out with a glass of wine, which we did both nights, even though it was a bit chilly!... My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while exploring the volcano area . Such a great place. We stayed in Olapa 2 with a king bed and private bathroom. We had a view of the rainforest. It was great. We had the use of the entire home and it was furnished with everything we needed for our stay... More

The Volcano Guest House was the perfect place for our family. So close to the Park and town. The room was extremely clean. We also stayed nice and warm. Bonnie suggested we go back that night to see the Volcano. So glad we did. Absolutely amazing!

We spent two nights in the "Guest Cottage" while exploring the Volcanoes National Park. It was a place and a great value for our purposes. We had a not-so-small very cozy two-story cottage that was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal, although we never did. There are two singles and a... We needed a reasonably priced place to stay in Volcano, HI for two nights. Great location in Volcano. Cozy interior with enough amenities for a couple days. Not sure cooking was feasible in our cabin, but took Bonnie's recommendation for Thai food twice for dinner. Breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy, but plenty of options.

Great place to stay tucked away in the rainforest, short drive to town and the national park. Simple, neat, self contained units with kitchens are very convenient for the independent traveler & good value. Tasty breakfast of local fruit, cereal, toast, hard boiled eggs, etc. Hosts are very environmentally conscious which was a pleasant surprise in the lodging business.

Pleasant accomodation in the woods. Dress warm for cool evenings in winter. Bed and bath were comfortable, breakfast was pleasant and plentiful. Hosts were very informative . The unit we stayed in would be great for two to three couples.
