There are two pools and lots of grassy areas for play. Condo's are spacious and comfortable. Only drawback was grumpy old people who didn't want to hear a sound out of our children--ages 6 & 8. No matter, quiet times are between 10 and 8. This community is a fifteen minute drive from two great beaches. I would completely recommend... More

When booking, were led to believe this was near the ocean. You can see the ocean with binoculars. Golf course has too many local rules and can only play nine holesafter 2:30 or if you have a doctor's excuse. No marshall to speed up play. Pool closed during our stay. Not mentioned when booking stay. More

This was the second time we stayed in the Waikoloa Villas, in the Village. Very nice area which has quite a few nice condo communities, most of which rent. No question, a golfing community. We have a relative that owns a real nice unit in Waikoloa Villas. But this time we rented our own, since we were there for a... More

We came and stayed here in 2004 and were very happy. This is not a hotel and should be regarded as such. It is a condo and more like staying in your own apartment. We loved the breezes off the Lanai and the blue tile pool is great. If you are looking for crowds and happenings this is not the... More

We stayed here and the place was a disaster. Stains galore on the couches and chairs. Tons of bugs all over the place. place hasn't been updated in twenty years it looked like. bathroom cabinets were coming apart. food from last guests were left in the refrigerator (half eaten sandwich among other things). trash was never taken out before we... We had a two bedroom, 2.5 bath condo across the street from the Hilton Waikoloa Village. The condo was spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed and there was also a washer/dryer. The master bedroom had a full size soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom had two twin size beds. The second bathroom had a separate shower and... More

We stayed at the Waikoloa Villas Feb 12-19, 2005. Great time! We booked our condo through Abbey Vacation Rentals. A bit of a leap of faith since we had only corresponded with them via internet and email - but the arrangements worked out very well. Condo was clean and as pictured. Only disappointment was that the condo complex doesn't actually... More

Very nice, clean place. The condo we stayed in was quiet for the most part, although one of the nights we were there, there was some kind of party at night and TONS of young children were outside shouting until after midnight. The patio chairs are a nice place to relax during the day. It was really nice to have... More

There are NO check in facilities at this complex. It is a collection of privately owned conds. A real estate agent is supposed to contact you to let you know which condo you are staying in and give you the key. Unfortunately none of this happens when you book over the internet through Expedia!!! We ended up stranded in the... More
