Stayed at this resort back in 2006, and returned again last month based on that experience. We just love this resort! First of all, the location is wonderful. If you want to eat off property, there are 3 great restaurants across the street (our favorite is Roy's). If you want to go shopping, there is a mini-Macy's, Tiffany, Tommy Bahama,... More

Of course Hawaii is amazing. But this hotel showed us exactly how amazing it could be! The open hotel lobby, outdoor bars, beautiful pools and jacuzzis, authentic amazing luau, shockingly clean grounds and rooms, the beach access, boardwalk, tiki lighting, sunset views, rentals and more... I couldn't have asked for more!! More

We took a chance on the Marriott after reading the reviews………….and………..WE LOVED IT. I could find little things to nitpick, you could at any resort, over all this place is GREAT. We traveled at the end of the Easter break 2012 and it was quite at the Marriott, very relaxing. It has a great location, one of the few with... More

My wife and I visited the Waikoloa Beach Marriott in early April, our third trip to the hotel. The pool area is great but to get an umbrella, you need to be there by 7:00 AM. The food was very good IF you have the breakfast plan, otherwise it's $29, and take advantage of the 1/2 price for dinner on... More

The Waikoloa complex on the North-west coast of the big island is an oasis and has a lot to offer vacationers. The Marriott isn't quite as flashy as their next door neighbor, the Hilton but is a nice hotel none-the-less. The beach area is fantastic, though not quite what I'd call a good swim beach due to the lava rock.... More

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, was charged the $25 resort fee, which included Internet. The internet service was terrible I had to use my own data vs. the hotels wifi, then I discovered a $20 extra fee to my debit card, and I'm having a hell of a time getting ahold of the accountant, apparently the're never available... We stayed at the Marriott for three nights in April. Our family's experience was positive and negative with the resort. Positives: - We really enjoyed the easy access to the hotel as self parking was close in. - The pool area was great. The heated infinity pool being wonderful to swim in during the day or night. - The beach... More

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. We got a very good deal on the room, car and airfare many months in advance through aavacatons.com and didn't know what to expect. The resort area is very beautiful, just what you'd expect of Hawaii. Lush tropical grounds and two shopping areas with plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. We... More

We use Marriott rewards and have been to many Marriott hotels around Hawaii and other places. This, by far, is my favorite. It sits on a fantastic beach with snorkeling and chairs to relax within the palm trees, beautiful setting along the fish ponds and wonderful pools. We were there over Spring Break with our kids and there seemed to... More
