We had a wonderful stay at #213. The view is incredible and the accommodations are very comfortable. It's not lavish but we really enjoyed the low keyed and quiet environment. The pool and spa are very enjoyable. We remembered our previous visit to Kauai about 20 years ago and how quiet the island was at the time. The traffic is... More

This is a lovely unit, with all the amenities and comforts necessary for a glorious stay on beautiful North Shore Kauai. We have stayed at the Pali Ke Kua many, many times over the years and this is one of our favorite units. It is very true that some of the units need upgrading and it's important to check that... We recently stayed in unit 201. First and foremost, THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR!! Beautiful sunsets, breaching whales, crashing waves, this place has it all. If Bali Hai and Hanalei Bay are in your soul, then this place is for you. In fact, most units up through at least 227 have this amazing view. However, like other visitors have noted, many units... Unit 111 has a wonderful view of the Bali Hai, however the unit needs some serious maintenance. Our first day was spent with maintenance people trying to get a leaking faucet on the shower fixed (which was never repaired), light bulbs installed (a total of four burnt out or missing in a very small unit) and going over general lack... Pali Ke Kua unit #227 (Honu Cove) was absolutely amazing. The property manager was very helpful and even had the windows cleaned upon our request. The place was spotless. The kitchen was equipped with all stainless steal appliances, and nearly all the cooking tools you could ever need. Even some common foods were provided. Laundry and dish detergents were left... We stayed 4 nights at Pali Ke Kua #209 last July with our family of 5. The complex is fairly utilitarian, as are interior furnishings. The kitchen is serviceable, even if the dining area is fairly small. Bedrooms are comfortable. The pool was unexceptional. The whole resort area is well-manicured and just what you'd expect. What makes this spectacular --... More

The view is outstanding. We have stayed here at least six times over 15 years. This year the pool is closed indefinitely for renovation. Our unit was poorly equiped in the kitchen and had some housekeeping issues. Unfortunately, we will be looking for accomdations that are more client friendly. More

For our first trip in Kauai, we could'n choose a better spot. Unit #210, amazing view of ocean, mountains, every day we watched wales and dolphins jumping around at approximately 2000 feet from shore. All around, very nice houses, St Régis hotel, flowers, vegetation, is so beautiful. For golf maniac, you have to play the Makai golf course, 2 minutes... More

Our nine-day vacation in Pali Ke Kua #245 could not have been more lovely. The two-bedroom, two-bath unit is immaculately maintained and very comfortable, and it and has a stunning angled ocean view. We saw whales and rainbows the very first morning we were there, and the nene geese are hilarious (and sometimes pretty X-rated, if you get my drift).... More

While we have had the good fortune to have visited the fabulous island of Kauai and many of the other populated islands in the chain previously, we found our stay this year at #219 Pali Ke Kua to be near perfection for a couple fairly seasoned travelers. The location, in the Princeville resort area, has facilities for hiking, strolling, golf,... More
