No remotes for A/C in rooms. Had to ask for the single resort wide remote to be brought by to alter the temp. Lifts toother floors not always working. Otherwise this was a great place to stay. Pool very nice, staff hepful. Would recommend to anyone. Clean tidy and pleasant. More
