We stayed for 2 nights in one of the two larger units (try and book Unit 1 or 2) with a lanai that faced directly into the sunset. The manager, Erin, could not have been more helpful when our first arrangements did not work out. The food at the Restaurant was some of the best we had during our 2... More

We had a most enjoyable evening at the Kula Lodge on Friday evening. A traditional lodge feel, complete with stone fireplace and a spectacular view was so worth the drive. The pizza -fresh from the wood fired oven was excellent. All this and a live saxophonist playing jazz in the background. The perfect evening in Maui!

There was nothing terrible about our "lodge" which is actually just a room. And a very small room at that. The decor was rather tired and our balcony had a view of the parking lot. The bathroom is very tiny. As I said, nothing terrible but nothing great either. But for $125 a night, it was fine for one night.

We stopped here for lunch. My husband had a hamburger and I had the turkey sandwich. They were both great and served VERY fast. Stop here and visit the gift shop as well. We we recommend this restaurant.

Stopped for lunch. Great view and the grounds are interesting. The favourite at the table was the Maui onion soup. My wife was disappointed with the spinach salad. Best bet for lunch: burger or the fresh fish

A hearty lunch here (I had the Maui beef hamburger) was the perfect way to re-energize after watching the sunrise over Halekalea crater, hiking, and then ziplining. We had a perfect corner table and planned the rest of the afternoon while over looking the maui vallley. The tea with passionfruit was awesome and the waitress even brought me a to-go... More

Nice place and view for breakfast after a Haleakala sunrise!! Big servings on pancakes and yummy omelet!!! Worth making a stop especially if you are planning a long day ahead. It wasnt too pricey too so it was well worth it

Stayed 2 nights in the Elima Room for easy access to watch the sunrise on Haleakala. The atmosphere is quite different than on the coast, sunny and mild with occasional showers and beautiful rainbows. The somewhat dated rooms are called "Chalets" and ours was clean and just right for 2. It overlooked the parking lot but the deck was surrounded... More

We stopped for lunch on our last day in Maui so we were used to the high prices. I had a longboard lager beer and it was good. Two of the house burgers filled us up. Service was fine but there were indications that other tables were not so lucky. The view was a nice compensation for the price. I... More

At the base on the Haleakala crater you will find the lodge. The brick oven outside is worth seeing and the pizza's that come out are even better. The toppings are unique but work well together. The service was good and the atmosphere was also good , it gives you the feeling you are at a cabin. The prices are... More
