My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Maui last week for 6 nights. Overall we had a great vacation on Maui staying at the Hyatt with a few issues that caused some stress but got solved in the end. We stayed in a Hyatt Regency Club Room with Ocean Front with great views of the pool, ocean and... More

It's Hyatt, so I didn't expect anything less than its reputation. You are going to appreciate the architecture aspect of this hotel. I personally like the hotel big picture more so than the room itself. The entrance was stunning. Big chandeliers that opens up to the entry way. I wasn't expecting to see so many animals. :) The flamingo garden... More

We booked through Costco Travel and felt we got a good deal. I had read some negative reviews and was a little nervous, but that vanished on arrival! The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in. We opted to self park as valet adds up quickly and is expensive. Our room was clean, well furnished, and our bed... More

We have been going to Maui the last 4 years and have always stayed at the Hyatt for is concvienance, breakfast package, and location. All which are nice features. This last stay however, will have been our last at the Hyatt. The custpmer service was lacking and atrocious. First off, it was our wedding and honeymoon. I was told over... More

Easy to get to by taxi from Kapalua West Maui Airport 4 miles away. A few taxis wait at the airport for incoming flights. Check-in and check-out procedures were very easy and quick. We booked our room with the breakfast buffet included. This is one of the the best breakfast buffets, with a great omelet station and plenty of side... More

We just recently returned home from spending 11 nights at the Hyatt Regency Maui and we enjoyed every minute of it. We had somewhat of a unique experience, in that we were able to try out three different levels or tiers of rooms at the Hyatt Regency. The reason for this is that I had initially booked the cheapest room... More

We found the hospitality and surrounds to be well kept and most enjoyable. We ate at the Hotel on serveral occassions and found the food to be of a high standard. The birds that were living in and around the resort were a nice touch. We are in the industry and are the worst critics to have however we could... More

I took my daughter to Spa Moana at the Hyatt in Kaanapali the first day of our Maui trip. The spa itself has adequate facilities for steam, shower, hot tub relaxtion pre or post service and is beautifully simplistic, zen-like, taking advantage of the sweeping Pacific views in their open air relaxation room . My daughter and I both were... More

Amazing time at the Hyatt Maui! Can't thank Dan the Concierge enough for all his help between setting up a Catamaran trip, dinner, car rental questions and more. He was always quick to respond and so helpful. Perfect hotel for kids as I have 17 and 14 year olds. Between the animals on the property, swim up bar, water slides,... More

We (couple & 13 year old son) just returned from a week at Hyatt (May 11-18). We were given room 733 in the Nipili Tower. One lanai overlooked the parking lot & ocean to the left, and one lanai looked straight to the ocean. The room included one king bed with accordion doors to the sitting area. My son slept... More
