The Pacific Bay Hotel is right in the middle of the shopping district on Guam. As such it's marketed as an affordable alternative to Hilton, Marriott, and Westin, which it is. As an older hotel, entirely constructed of concrete, it is solid. It offers VERY basic accommodations, and the staff really works hard to keep the place very clean. The... More

Top two reasons to visit Guam: beach and shopping. If you want to save more money for shopping, then this hotel is definitely for you. The location is excellent. If you like to walk a lot, you can walk the whole stretch of San Vitores Road (the high-end shopping centres & five-star hotels are here like DFS, Tumon Sands Plaza... More

This hotel is the absolute worst. The condition of the hotel presents so many health risks that I am suprised it has not been shut down. The front desk staff are rude and not very bright. I think one of the front desk girls also cheated me on my hotel bill! This hotel should be shut down! More

I highly recommend this hotel to any budget traveller that may be going to Guam. I booked this hotel through the hotel's website for $60 per night. From the first e-mail that I received from the hotel's staff, I knew that I was going to have a pleasant experience during my stay here. They give free transportation to and from... More

This hotel was by far, the worst place I have ever stayed.. We checked in at 2 AM on the first day of our trip and were absolutely horrified at the condtions of this hotel. Throughout the entire hotel, the wallpaper on the walls was peeling, there were holes in the walls and carpet, mold was omnipresent, and the hotel... More

One of the worst hotels I ve had the displeasure to stay in. Everything is broken or run down from the poolside lounge chairs to the in room telephone, safe, hot water system, the list goes on and on. To top it off after 3 days without hot water we decided to complain and the managers suggestion was to check... More
