When I booked the room I requested a room on the "quiet" side and it really was very quiet. We arrived late the first night, but nevertheless were offered a glass of sherry. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms clean. The location is hard to beat and we'll certainly stay there next time we're in San Francisco. More
