Average or below as far as high end hotels go. Biggest complaint is that every single time I went into the hall way, (and we have been here 3 plus days,) there has been service food/ room service crap! Arent people who work here suppose to come along and pick that stuff up rather frequently? Its pretty gross and diminishes...
