Check-in was seamless at almost midnight. Staff was exceedingly friendly throughout the few days I was there. We stayed here because we were able to walk to AT&T park for a few ball games. The room was up to Marriott standards. Everything was clean, well appointed and well maintained. We had one of the king suites as wanted a pull out bed as well as the bedroom. Very good spacious rooms with city view - and opening windows, a feature we really like. Wanted a clean, average hotel within walking distance to AT&T park, with some restaurants close by, parking(50$ a nite and worth it) friendly staff, really nice comfy lobby, Starbucks in building, I like the atmosphere. For SF it was just fine. The only thing i didnt like was the bathroom fan, which you cant hear, and it works slowly.

Enjoyed a one-night stay here. Received open arms welcome despite asking to check in at 10 a.m. Was able to work in room and unpack before an afternoon Giants game - 5 block walk to AT&T Park is a breeze. We stayed for a week in April. We are pleased with everything at the hotel - large and clean rooms, comfortable beds, pillows and blankets, good air conditioning, friendly staff, excellent location. I'd love to recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here on business. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast is NOT included; it's 19 plus tip. Staff was friendly. Small bar on site. Outside courtyard area enclosed by hotel building itself. Walking distance to lots of things. Nothing to really complain about. Just a decent no-frills place.
