Finding reasonably priced quality accommodations in SF can be difficult. Sometimes the smaller boutique hotels can be good. Unfortunately, for us, this hotel was disappointing. Although clean, the room was very small and not all as nicely appointed as their website photos would lead you to believe. We were awoken at 1 am when the fire alarm went off. We called... More

This hotel offers good, clean, basic rooms at great value for the Union Square area. It is really close to all the amenities and transport (BART, Muni Metro and cable cars). The hotel staff were wonderful! So friendly and helpful and were able to help with the queries I had. My only issues with this hotel is the Club Fusion... More

If you're wanting to be right in the middle of the action of Union Square - this is the place to be. It's surrounded by clubs, eateries, other corporate hotels, etc. It is a typical SF hotel, very small but cozy. What I really loved about this place was the fact that they had great staff. A security guard at... More

Stayed at Hotel Fusion for 6 nights Late April-early May for mostly business but with a bit of site-seeing too. It is a nice clean hotel very close to Union Square, not far from the subway and just a 5 minute walk to Moscone West. The staff are efficient and friendly. Free WIFI access was a big plus. The continental... More

The hotel is very close to Union Square, the best location in SF. The room is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included. For parking, we had to pay extra $32,00. It is a little bit expensive, but I think is because the location.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Fusion for 5 nights and were blown away at the location to shops and bigger department stores such as Macys, Bloomingdales and the massive Westfield Mall, as well as the excellent dining options that surrounded us. Hotel service was efficient and friendly. The room is cosy and the bathroom is tiny but I... More

The hotel was basic, though comfortable and clean. Please note that not all rooms have air-conditioning. When discovered that my room did not feature air-conditioning, the front-desk staff member kindly offered to upgrade me to a more spacious room. Most of the staff were friendly and efficient. However, some were less efficient and helpful. The hotel is excellent value and... More

This is an interesting hotel, which looks to have been some type of office building, but remodeled. It is small-ish so no big conference crowd here, but because of that, much more friendly and budget. It is very serviceable, clean and of course, free internet is a plus. I'd definitely stay again for quick visit to San Francisco.

When I travelled for business in Berkeley this was a good place to stay for business. The famous Market and Powell Street Car at the end of the block, restaurants, drugstores, clothing stores and subway all nearby. I was taking a mini-course at at a Berkely Computer Studio and commuted by rail back and forth each day. They just outfitted... More
