We stayed here for two nights and loved the location. It was our first time in San Francisco and we were able to get to everything we wanted to do very easily. The staff was always friendly and our room was clean and comfortable.

Very basic rooms, clean. Very good location. Walk out the door to the Wharf. Lots of restaurants nearby, lots of shops. THere are not a lot of services in the Hotel itself. The room was not really well prepared as per the reservation instructions, but it was decent sized and comfortable. I will be staying here again in the future.

This hotel is fairly basic but the location is good, rooms were clean but a bit dated. Access to computers with printers in the foyer was useful. Friendly staff. At times our room near an alley way was a bit noisey-could do with double glazing. Wouldnt take much to lift this hotel a bit-better coffee-makers in rooms etc.

This hotel is in an ideal location. The staff was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. For the location, the rate was a value. The location is excellent as you can walk to the wharf or enjoy the numerous restaurants close by. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Very clean, and in a great location! We walked to just about everywhere we needed to go in and around the Wharf. The hotel staff was helpful and always greeted us warmly.
