I love this place! Expect clean kitch rooms, great customer service and the Chambers across the way serves great cocktails and food. We saw two different tour buses parked up in the time we spent there proving this place is pure Rock'n'Roll. I will definitely return here when staying in San Francisco. More

Even though the neighborhood is sketchy, The Pheonix itself is still a fun place to stay. The staff are always young, hip and friendly and the new bar/restaurant, Chambers, is still swanky.
