This hotel is a great base, it's location is at the heart of Fisherman,s wharf so makes it easy to get to places. The concierge is very helpful too. The rooms are a little warn and are basic but they are clean and the beds are comfy. There is also a fridge. I would recommend the hotel based on location,... More

We were so disappointed that this could possibly be a Radisson, that we refused to stay one minute longer. After a long flight from New York, it was unexpected to find we were without a place to stay. We drove around The Wharf area and within a short time found another hotel that was to our liking. More

This hotel was recently renovated so everything in the room was fresh, new and clean (we had a bay room view w/balcony). Excellent location ~ across the street from to Pier 39 and within walking distance to the pier for Alcatraz cruises and the Trolleys. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel! More

Newly renovated so fresh and clean. Good size rooms and bathrooms. Staff very helpful, particulary concierge service. They recommended different restaurants for breakfast and dinner and most were excellent. Too cold to utilize their outdoor patio or pool but both looked lovely. Excellent location ! More

This is a hotel very centrally located to most attractions along the waterfront, ask for a room high up with the bay views, good staff. Downside - considering this type of hotel their was no restaurant in the hotel, the housekeeping staff were inconsiderate waking us up early in the morning with loud voices and clanging their trollies in the... The location was great just at the back of fisherman's wharf, the room was a nice size and had just been done out. What was annoying was the lack of soundproofing the road was really loud but that wasn't as bad as being as being awoken by the sounds of well something going on in another room!!!!!!!! I felt exceptionally... More

We stayed at the Radisson on the last two nights of our trip to California. Regrettably I didn't get a photo of the room, but it was a king sized bed with the bridge mural on the wall. The room was a little small, but super clean. Our room faced Beach Street, but the noise from the F line was... More

Lovely hotel - very clean, modern and a great location. It was a bit loud as it is a fairly main street traffic wise, but not unbearable. The concierge was ok, could have been a bit friendlier. The desk staff was very accommodating. The only complaint is that they did not attempt to clean our room until after 4PM which... More

The location absolutely cannot be beat. You take one step out of the back door to the hotel and you are right on Fisherman’s Wharf. Steps away from multiple tourist attractions. We walked to the pier for Alcatraz, a few museums, many places to eat, etc. We were here for a football game so we did have to drive to... More

We stayed here for 4 nights, at the end of a California road trip. What a way to finish! The staff, without exception, are friendly and helpful beyond the call of duty. the rooms are clean, and well proportioned-the bed has an adjustment for hard/soft!!. All this would be great on it's own, but the location really puts the icing... More
