Stayed here for a week with family on business for the first part and holidays the second. The staff were excellent. Front staff were very friendly on arrival and the porter too. For location to do the touristy bits of SF this is perfect. 5 min walk from waterfront and easily accessible by car. Staff v accommodating, breakfast v good, room was fine. All in all a v pleasant stay. If you want a quiet room ask for one at the back, absolute silence all night! More
