“Beautiful, Allergen free room”

My wife is very sensitive to allergens. Our room was impeccably clean and she had no troubles whatsoever. I've stayed here before on business because it is walking distance from Moscone and the BART & Caltrain stations, so I don't have to rent a car.

“Great stay”

The room was very nice, the hotel was close to transit including the BART line that can take you to he airport. Every hotel staff member I talked to was very courteous. Recommended and I would stay here again.

“*****just perfect******”

This hotel is just perfect. Nice, remodeled rooms. Awesome, friendly staff. Operation seems seemless . The lemon drop at the bar was yummy and the hot breakfast buffet is worth the price. The only negative is the parking price of almost $60 per night, but that is the going rate in SF.

“Expensive hotel”

This hotel is expensive. Average price per night is over $250. Their parking is extremely expensive - $54 for self park and $59 for valet parking. Huge hotel with over 2000 rooms. Front desk receptionist is efficient and nice. Lots of security guard around the hotel, and make you feel a bit nervous (may be due to the downtown area).... More

We spent three nights at this hotel. It was very large, very clean.impressive cream marble lobby. Our room was a good size, the bed was comfortable. This hotel is located in a great central area with easy access to many great stores and SFO landmarks. The staff and service levels were excellent. A "no worries" stay. Would easily stay there again for next trip.

“Clean, convenient, great place!!”

Impressed with the lobby design, the stairs leading down makes the atmosphere very welcoming! My room was on the 31st floor- amazing city view! 2 blocks away from union square, financial district and Bart, cable car!! The room and bathroom are spacious and clean and bright. Staff are professional and helpful!
