Having stayed in other hotels before in San Francisco, I like this particular hotel because of the location. The excellent staff are over worked though as its an extremely busy place! Check in can take a while but the staff are attentive and take their time with each individual guest which is greatly appreciated as it adds a personal touch.... More

This hotel is very conviently located, we arrived late from Los Angeles, no body to help with luggage, the front desk was very nice very quick check in also considered my request for higher floor room. I was on 23rd floor nice views , great beds, nice breakfast. I just thought the rooms were smaller. But rest was fine. More

The prices were very reasonable, the location fantastic and the rooms excellent. We visited for my mothers 65th birthday party and each of our party was very pleased with the accommodations.
