This is a very nice hotel with nice amenities. The staff were courteous and the rooms were very nice and clean. Within walking distance to Union Square shopping and excellent restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

I am probably not getting the regular rooms since as a Platinum Premier, I always get an upgrade to a nice room or suite. I stay here 3-4 times a year. The beds are awesome and so are the bathrooms.
