This was a GREAT property. Location couldn't be beat! Rooms were wonderful, clean, well maintained. However, since it is an older property it is SO NOISY. You can hear everything in the hallway. Particularly challenging when you have a 16 month old, woken up every couple hours by patrons returning home at all hours.

My stay at the Westin St Francis was spectacular. The rooms were beautiful, the restaurants were really good and our account manager, Hollie Bried, made my stay memorable by making sure every detail of my requests were handled professionally and made me feel very welcome.

Having been staying at the St. Francis over the years and it remains a great hotel. Although it could use a bit of updating, the age adds to its beauty. Enjoy the beautiful lobby and wonderful service.
