The second we got in the elevator we noticed a strong litter box smell. It did not get better when we got to our room. Old, stagnant air I guess. Wallpaper was stained and the smell was horrible. The hotel staff was great, the bed seemed small, and nothing (not even free wine) could make up for the smell. More

This cute hotel is in a perfect location blocks from union square and china town. The rooms were clean and nice. The best part though was the service. Seriously superior to any hotel I've ever stayed in. More

OK not our best choice of hotel.. the location is what sold us on it.. the location is awesome! but the hotel itself is old and needs a new cleaning and maintenance crew.. OH and if you do valet parking.. make sure you do not need your car before 7 AM!!!! they do not operate until that time. More

Best kept secret in San Francisco. If you want to experience true professionals, deal with the staff at the Vintage Court. Far better service than any of the "name" hotels. Our stay here was just what we wanted. A place to sleep at night! Although the rooms are quite small. We weren't there much as there was so much to do in San Fran. It's situated right near union square and the trams and is only a short cab ride from AT&T park or Fishermans wharf. More
