Hotel is clean. My chief complaint is being given a non-smoking room on the smoking floor. They were full so no change could be made. A friend who is a smoker said her room had too strong of an smell. We had to stuff plastics bag under door to keep out the smoke. King size bed was very hard. More

The hotel met our family needs-clean, good location, excellent pool for children. Free breakfast was average. Beds were very small. More

stayed for a couple of days and all staff were more than helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was adequate with tastes to suit everyone. Pool area was well kept, safe and clean. We would recommend this to anyone visiting Greeneville. We will be back for another visit soon. More
