I wanted to write a review on this park and then I read the one from mswillie and thought I could just say ditto on that review. I do want to especially call out the management and staff, they do a great job of making you feel welcome and taking care of the park. We have been here multiple times... More

My wife and I have been staying at this RV Park for 2 to 4 months a year for the past 8 years. We spend a lot of time on the road in our RV and have stayed in many RV parks and campgrounds. This is one of the best. The office personnel are always pleasant and very helpful. The... More

This was our 3rd year tent camping at Canyonlands Campground, and each year it has gotten better. They are continually updating the campground. We stay in the primitive tent spots. The primitive area has a lot more space although there are not as many services(only porta potties in the primitive section). There is also a lot less traffic, it fells... More

We spent three nights in Canyonlands Campground and thoroughly enjoyed it. We typically do not stay in RV Parks but needed to refresh after a couple of weeks exploring southern Utah and had some recreational activities planned there. The staff was nice and attentive to our needs and the facilities were clean as was the entire campground. It was nice... More

It was a busy weekend, but there seemed to be no effort to clean the toilet/shower/laundry facilities. Indicative, one toilet had overrun on Sat. with wet paper on ground. It was the same on Sun. The shower drain was clogged with hair, again both Sat & Sun. Otherwise the location is good, and the sites pleasant.

Hi Geri S, Thank you for visiting Canyonlands Campground last weekend. I feel bad that you were not satisfied with our bathroom/shower/ facilities. Rest assured that we take bathroom and shower cleanliness very seriously. In fact we close each bathroom for an hour of cleaning every day of the week. The bathrooms are also checked from 8am-6pm every day of... More

We enjoyed an all to quick couple of days at the Canyonlands Campground. We have stayed many times in the past, from the full hook up sites to the tent sites. It is consistently clean (for a campground anyways) and very convenient to main street. My only real disappointment is that they cannot provide fire rings for most of the... More

Hi skijosh87, Your quick weekend at Canyonlands Campground is certainly appreciated by all of us and we hope you come back again. Because of your comments about wood fires at RV sites, I am making two changes. The Fire Marshall won't allow campfires in the RV area because of propane tanks and space constraints, but I will publicize more that... More

We have stayed in Canyonlands campground since 2000 and have really enjoyed it. The manager has gone out of his way for us, and the girls in the office are really nice also. It is nice as it is in Moab and we can walk to town if we want to. the campground is also very clean and maintained.

We don't have a lot of experience staying in RV parks, we do a lot of boondocking but overall this was a nice, clean RV park. We lucked/unlucky got a spot by the showers.
