Moab in May is a busy place! We made a last minute decision and stayed at the Rodeway Inn & Suites Landmark Inn. I believe we got the last available downstairs room. This is a two story exterior corridor motel. There is a pool with a water slide, and a small spa. Our room was very comfortable but the bed... More

We stayed in here in May. The air conditioner wasn't working so they moved us to another room on the second night and told me it would be at a reduced rate. The hand towel in our second room was dirty upon arrival. When I went to checkout the rate was not reduced and the manager wouldn't budge, she insisted... More

We took a last minute trip to Moab over spring break. We booked a room with one King and one queen bed. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. With all that Moab has to offer, we did not spend much time in the room. The hotel has a nice pool and water slide for the kids. The... More

I booked on line and was very disappointed on arrival. The Rodeway Inn is old and tired, desperately in need of renovations. Seriously, the bathroom fixtures are 'harvest green'. The bed was beyond useable service, far too soft, offering no support. I awoke the next day with a sore back. Staff were nice enough, but nothing remarkable. I didn't bother... More

I'll list the problems without a narrative. SHOWER: no pull (had to grip screw to activate shower), erratic hot/cold water and volume. CARPET: Pulled back beadspreads at bedtime, and under the ledge of the platform bed was a dirty sock, peanut, sunflower seed, half-drunk Coke, paper shreds, beer bottle cap. NO REMOTE, so as we searched for it looked BEHIND... More

The room for the night was actually fairly cheap - (around $39). The ladies at the reception were nice.....and initially upon entering the large room there was no bad odor. My one night stay was comfortable. The only thing is that on one of the beds, there was a dried white substance that hadn't been washed on the middle cover.... More

We booked a room online and paid for it. When we got there around 10:45 at night there was no staff on site to get us a key. I have called the manager (Shauna Jones) several times and left messages with no call back. I'd simply like a refund on the room that you never gave us. That's not asking... More

In all my years of travelling and writing reports, I haven’t come across this before and I have stayed in some dives. On the positive, comfortable and big enough plus well located. Now comes the negative. Appalling cleanliness. Both chairs were stained badly and the carpet was so badly stained and sticky on my wife’s side of her bed that... More

I should have paid attention to the reviews. Rodeway Inns used to be nice properties. My first warning was the "smell" in the office. The second was an incorrect credit card on the reservation. Third was the room itself. I had no problem with the glittery ceiling and the green bathroom fixtures. I had a major problem with the filth.An... More

I agree with many of the reviews - this property is expensive but not a quality property. If you only need basic rooms, this is a good place. The rooms are large, but outdated. Room 201 has an updated bathroom sink but they removed the full counter space that used to be there (no counter space in room 201). The... More
