"Bear" and his wife have a beautiful mountain home that would make anyone feel relaxed. He makes a mean breakfast that you can enjoy with a view and then digest while sitting on the porch. He made us feel comfortable and welcome at all times of the day. We hope to bring our family/friends there soon!

We just returned from four nights at this lovely inn and enjoyed our stay immensely. The location is secluded but once you've found it, easy to go to downtown and other locales. My husband and I just returned from a wonderful weekend getaway to this special inn. It was not only charming, but serene, relaxed and overall comfortable. Everything was clean with beautiful decorations and a homey feel. The innkeeper, Bear, was fantastic! Plus... he cooks the best waffles, EVER... ;)

Another wonderful stay at our favorite B&B--Crooked Oak Mountain Inn. This was our fifth visit and it was just as wonderfully calm and cozy as the first. The scenery, atmosphere, and yummy breakfast make it a treat. Bear and Patti's hospitality is beyond measure. They attend to every detail.
