We just returned from one of the best hotel stays we have every had. We recently stayed as a family at the Fairmont Copley Plaza and savoured the experience. Quiet elegance, service well done, every need accommodated these are some of the take aways from our trip to the Copley. I was so pleased to learn that they were celebrating... More

I had the pleasure of spending 3 days at the beautiful Fairmont Copely Hotel. Being my first visit to Boston, my expectations of the hotel were very high as I spent a lot of time researching where to stay. The hotel not only lived up to, but surpassed my expectations. I had booked a room on the Fairmont Gold Floor... More

I had the Queen deluxe room for a conference I was attending here. The room is fairly small but it was nicely finished. You could tell they recently renovated it. It looks like everything but the doors and door trim was changed. The bed is super comfortable. The bathroom is luxurious, with walls lined with marble and some nice Kohler... More

I happen to like older-style hotels--not just the cookie cutter chain hotels so common today. The Fairmont Copley Plaza is certainly one of these grand old hotels, reflecting an opulence of a previous era. The lobby is beautiful and the staff very cordial. While certain aspects of the hotel could use some renovating, overall it was a lovely hotel. The... More

This is a nice hotel, with a fancy lobby and interior. The rooms are older ("Historic"). We had the less expensive room, so no view of any kind and was a little tired. Bed was comfortable and nice robes and generally pleasant enough. Otherwise nothing hugely stands out or lets down and so is a decent option. Not that close... More

My wife encountered a serious problem in the restaurant. Three staff members addressed the issue, and later, General Manager Paul Tormey arranged for a fair and generous resolution. Obviously, at this hotel, management places a premuim on customer satisfaction. More

I just returned home from a 5 night stay. This visit was much better than my first one but I guess I'm still a little underwhelmed. I asked for a quiet room (very noisy room for my first stay) and was given a sad 2nd floor room that overlooked a roof and an aircon unit that was actually very noisy.... More

Exquisite architecture, world class service define this hotel. Simply no other hotel like it in Boston. My family stays on the concierge level and are treated like royalty. The construction has forced us to stay in more mainstream hotels but we have just returned to our home away from home and couldn't be more pleased. We can hardly wait for... More

From the moment you pull up to the Fairmont you begin to experience the grandeur, charm, and elegance. The lobby and rooms are timeless, with design and architecture not found in today’s buildings. The hotel is located near restaurants, bars, parks, and historical buildings. There is more to do in 2 days than anyone has time for. If you bring... More

We stayed at this hotel twice, most recently last week end. It was as lovely as I remembered .the room we stayed in had recently been redone and it was modern but very charming, also quiet. I love the dog Catie who will allow you to greet her as all dogs lovers head right over to her but is not... More
