Lobby and foyer and revolving doors don't make the best first impression. However the rooms have been renovated and tastefully decorated. Hopefully they will do the lobby and foyer next. Good central location and friendly front desk staff.

Referred here through Mass gen Hospital. Courtesy rate for families with patients at the hospital. Courtesy rate was not such a courtesy at $195.00 a night. Hotel hallways are dirty, dark, and worn. We found old food, papers and dirt under our bed. Overall not a good experience.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights for a business trip. The hotel is located downtown and is close to a lot of shops and attractions. The hotel could use a sign outside to identify it.
