room was comfortable size but it smelled like stale sweat. had a candle which helped a bit. the rugs and furniture need a good cleaning. staff was very friendly and helpful. might stay again for the location but would switch rooms next time if odor was bad like last time.

The services provided by the reservation center were beyond absurd. The kept quoting a policy for "Advanced Purchases" when trying to tell us we could not alter the date and length of stay. If they had just listened, they would have seen that we were not trying to pay less or ask for a reduction..just trying to add days. they... More

I had surgery at Tufts Medical Center. I was there overnight. While I was there my wife stayed at the Doubletree. It is just across the street, so it was very convenient. The Doubletree has a special arrangement with Tufts for these situations. They were so helpful. We are very greatful...
