Booked this hotel a few weeks before travelling to Boston. The hotel was gorgeous, albeit pricey. We were greeted with sparkling wine and very friendly staff. “Luxury and History”

We just enjoyed another great stay at The Liberty. It's a beautiful hotel that feels intimate yet metropolitan at the same time. We had a tower room which was very comfortable. The only thing lacking was a view. Great service throughout!

Very enjoyable stay in Boston at this very cool hotel. Will absolutely stay there again. The staff was wonderful. The facility is an innovative architecural use of a building formerly used for less enjoyable purposes.

“A former prison? You're kidding!”

This hotel next to the MHG directly in the heart of Boston is reportedly a former prison. However, the luxury rooms do not look like it. Or i might be a "home" for rich bankers or sheiks. So disappointing....thought it would be a classy, old boston luxury experience but it was more like a W hotel....at night had to pass through a nightclub with my kids and dodge over served patrons. “Amazing experience!”

Perfect location in Beacon Hill close to everything, but so much to do in the hotel that you don't need to leave! Thought the jail theme might be gimmicky but it was incredibly well done and a very cool atmosphere. Loved having dinner at scampo and drinks after at alibi. Great all around!
