Although the neighborhood appears "seedy" I was most impressed with the quality, organization cleanliness and service during our overnight stay. The owner is also the manager we found out when complimenting the night desk person. Stayed here for a night on the way through Topeka. It's a couple miles off the freeway, but I'm glad we stayed here.
