have stayed here twice. very clean, great/nice/helpful staff. close to everything, including the train stop that pretty much takes you everywhere! we requested towels in the lobby and in the few minutes it took us to go back to our room the towels were already there! all the workers are so friendly and helpful. definitely worth the price

I love this place because it's very clean, close to everything that downtown San Diego has to offer and their rates for the views are very good. Driving buzzed would cost so much more then a one night stay and room service.

Upon check in we mentioned it was our honeymoon and we were upgraded to a suite! Jacuzzi tub, nice amenities AND chocolate covered strawberries with wine! Loved the pool and the day beds...will return again and explore the Gaslamp Quarter a little more!

We stayed at 2 places in San Diego and this was not our favourite, great location for catching a ball game and the gas lamp district is great. The room needed work, we had maintenance in 3 times and in the end I fixed the sink plug that kept breaking. Staff where friendly but service was slow.

love the Gas Lamp location, love the hotel, be ready for the train noise, but the pool, fitness, and rooms are great. Bell desk is great if you are traveling for business, they are very accommodating to get to convention centerMuch smaller than the other Hilton across the street, but that is more my preference
