This is a very small, clean hotel. If you are just sightseeing and need a clean place to sleep this is it. It is 3 blocks from a McDonalds, and the tram/bus station. “Quaint old place”

Great location and great price. Facility is old, but well kept up and nice. Service was excellent, great staff. Nice plus is a HOT breakfast, eggs and bacon. Nice touch are small chairs and tables outside the rooms, quaint.

This hotel calls itself a boutique hotel, but I'd say it's more of a nice motel. Parking is only $10 per night, and since we got there early, we were able to secure a spot for all 4 nights. Walk to the restaurants of the Gaslamp District. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. There was street noise but running the fan on low cancelled 98% of it. This property has been renovated and the interior is wonderfully clean and nicely decorated.
