Was pleased with over all stay. People were extremely nice (except one server in the restaurant) and helpful. Bed was the only disappointment. should be upgraded. Breakfast buffet was average at best, but was ample. Grounds were very clean. Beautiful landscaping and plantings through out. Also wasn't thrilled with the $12.00 per day parking.

What kind of hotel that does not offer free parking for customer. I read some review here and people claim they have free parking. However they DO NOT GIVE YOU FREE PARKING. it is 12$ per day If I knew they don't offer free parking I wouldn't stay here.

This is not a good hotel. The crowd is sketchy, the restaurants are bad and staff inconsistent. Some of the front desk staff is great, one of the guys is terrible. Complaining the entire time we were checking in. Towels and sheets were stained and the carpet so filthy.

For as dated as this hotel is, they do an incredible job of providing a very quality experience. Stayed two nights pre-cruise. The AC in our room was broken. They sent someone to fix it but he didn't have the proper tools. After 2 hours, they decide to change our room. Terrible hotel. No free internet and no public computers to use. Breakfast not included, super expensive, and they don't tell you that it's not included. Far from the city and far from the closest lightrail station. Definitely not recommended.
