“Nice Hotel in the Upper East Side”

This hotel is convenient to many things in the Upper East Side (and, of course, the subway). It was quiet, safe, and clean. Interestingly, it seemed to the kind of place where one could stay long-term. "Guests" (residents?) at the hotel could check their mail, etc. That was a novelty for my eyes.
