Expected a bigger room for the price we paid but the staff here are excellent! I went to reception at midnight for a bottle of water, they had run out so a staff member went to a shop and purchased water then delivered to my room. We were always greeted with a smile.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Beds and pillows are extreamly comfortable and the room was neat and tidy. The location was ideal, only a short walk to time square and two blocks to the subway. Rooms a little on the small side but sufficent for our needs.

What a beautiful hotel! Economical in NYC. Loved the warm cookies at check in, just what we needed. Staff was great with the kids. Bit of a walk off the beaten path but worth the extra steps. Room was vey clean.
