The staff of the hotel treated us as a 5 star hotel. I needed a fridge for my medications and it was supplied within minutes and free of charge. Room spacious compared to others NYC accomodations. Breakfast buffet well supplied and the attendant "Luis" kept it clean all the time. Overall I would recomend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel below my expectations small hotel room carpet wasn't that clean when I got in the room there was bad smell . the bed covers have some black spots . the shower hose was leaking . But the staff was helpful & nice .

Close to everything...clean quiet. I stay here once a month. Good for business traveler or tourist. Brendans across the street has great burger for late take out. Macys is close as well as Madison Square Garden. Easy access to subway too.
