“Immaculate rooms. Really friendly and helpful staff”

Stayed for 4 nights late April 2013. Great location - 10 minutes walk from museum mile and central park. Lots of handy amenities on the doorstep and close to subway. Room was beautifully clean and perfectly kitted out with all the essentials. Much handier than a traditional hotel. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Would go back... More

“Perfect location”

We had a corner suite with views of Second Avenue and 94th Street. Convenient to all our needs. Comfy bed, though not the king size we are used to. Shower had tons of pressure! Full kitchen was a plus as we had leftovers almost every day!

The best thing about the Upper East Side restaurants…..leftovers, and a “perfect location” to heat them up, your full kitchen on the corner with a view. The only thing better…. a great shower and a comfy bed. We truly hope you will conveniently recommend us to your friends and colleagues. More

“Romantic getaway in New York”

We wish we knew there construction before we booked. They were early in the morning and very loud. Apart from that, this hotel was located very close to the subway and Central Park. We walk every night for a stroll in the park. We ate at different places every evening and the prices were reasonable.

“Wonderful staff”

We stayed at the Marmara for two and a half weeks in March-April. My wife had a heart valve repair at Mt. Sinai Hospital. Dennis and the staff were wonderful. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The one-bedroom apt. was roomy with a well-stocked kitchen. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Perfect Upper East Side Apartment Hotel”

Our stay at the Marmara was for three weeks in Feb/Mar 2013. We were in a 26th floor one-bedroom with a balcony. These are true apartments with full bathrooms and full kitchens.
