“Poor management with excellent wait staff and breakfast”

On arrival were greeted nicely by the front desk team. They said that if we needed to extend our stay in the room to give them 24 hr notice which would be sufficient . They offered knowing that we are here to care for our very sick father at the hospital. Two days before check out, we asked to extend... More
