We came to NYC to watch our favorite band, Those Manic Seas play at Pianos. This hotel is just a few steps down the street. The neighborhood is full of good restaurants and shops..subway entrance a few blocks away..nice front desk clerks who were very helpful. Our room, 301 was quiet and cozy...We will return to this hotel.

Small, downscale hotel in a busy neighborhood. Tiny rooms but serviceable for brief stays. Adequate for business travel, but wi-fi slow and prone to hiccups, so bring your cable to plug in. No inhouse workout room. Nearby gym is adequate, charges $10 per visit. Beware of street noise; ask for an inside room.

Kumar, Peter and Jasmine are outstanding hosts... We travel to NYC each year with a school group, and they couldn't have been more accommodating and welcoming than they were this year. We will definitely stay here again!

we stayed in a king room at the back (Rm 701) which was still quite compact but perfectly adequate with fridge, coffee maker, a/c and TV. Great value for this area -- my room overlooked the street, and even 5 floors up I could hear sounds from the local bars well into the night. I kept checking to see if my window was open!
