We just spent 3 nights in San Fermin. We got a lovely and spacious App. The hosts Bernardo and Maite are very friendly and helpfull. Bernardo even showed us around one evening in the Harlem area and showed us a good place for Dinner. If you have a question you can ask Bernardo. He either knows or he will find... More

We have been in San Fermin B&B for almost a week. The place is very nice you can feel Harlem climate surrounding you ; Bernardo and Maite are really kind, make you feel wellcome and can give you good suggestions for your visit. The apartments are charming and comfortable. Really a great stay in N.Y.

I cant add much to the superlatives already stated regarding our hosts but can reveal that the artistic touches in the appartments are down to Maite, Bernardos wife who is a very accomplished photographer. We were the first to use the new second floor appartment accross the road at 214. Large lounge/Diner Kitchen, classy bathroom and a cosy bedroom with... More

Two nights only in NY. Everything was excellent and Bernardo is an exquisite host: very helpful and kind on any occasion. Beautiful and clean room on front side but nevertheless very quiet. Non the first time in NY for us, but first time in Harlem. Before booking our fear was not Harlem that we knew was safe and pleasant, since... More

We booked this B&B based on the excellent TripAdvisor ratings and can only confirm that this really is a fantastic place! I think almost everything notable has been said before. Don't let the neighborhood scare you off. The people down the street are very friendly. The 145th Street subway station (A, B, C and D trains) is around the corner... More

If you did not try B&B this will be a perfect place to start with, if you did, this place will show you what is excellent B&B. We have been to many B&B all over the world but this one was really amazing. Service, before we came, when we arrived, when we stayed and when we were leaving - was... More

I stayed at San Fermin in the spring of 2013. The whole experience was aboslutely perfect. The room was cheap for NYC and very good quality. The location was excellent. Bernardo is the best part of staying here. Makes you feel like you lived with local people rather than the touristy experience. My parents and I stayed at San Fermin... More

This was our first trip to New York and Bernardo made it a great experience for us! He is the perfect host, paid attention to our needs and was helpful in organizing city-trips. The hotel is perfectly situated to discover Manhatten, it's just a short ride from the nearby subway station to downtown Manhatten. Our room was oriented towards a... More
